Yoga Retreat in Provence

Since 2021, the tranquility and serenity of Mas Millésime have been conducive to hosting Yoga retreats.

Following a successful inaugural retreat “Pure, Peaceful, Provence” in early 2023, Charline and Theresa have already booked the Mas for additional editions:

The "Pure, Peaceful, Provence" Retreat

Join Charline & Theresa for a 5-day yoga retreat in English on the Chakras at Mas Millésime.

The chakras are the main energy centers of the body. When stimulated, they allow overcoming certain physical, emotional, and spiritual blockages to regain inner peace, strength, and balance.

The stay includes:


  • Four or five nights at Mas Millésime.
  • Two 1.5-hour yoga classes per day including postures (asana), breathing exercises (pranayama), and relaxation (savasana).
  • Workshops on the basics of chakras, headstand balance, yoga nidra, ecstatic dance, and meditation.
  • Daily vegetarian brunch and dinner cooked with local seasonal organic products by Chef Enzo de la Testa. Gluten-free, sugar-free, and vegan options are available.
  • A walk to Les Baux de Provence.
  • Tasting of selected local wines.
  • Tasting of Mas Millésime olive oil.
  • An afternoon in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence.
  • An e-bike getaway to discover secret spots in the Alpilles.

Additional amenities:

  • Snacks available: tea, coffee, herbal tea, dried fruits, fresh fruits, chocolate.
  • Fresh products for self-care by Ringana.

The retreat is conducted in English.

Yoga equipment (bricks, straps, bolster, blanket, and yoga mat), bed linen, and towels are provided.

Optional services include booking massages and arranging transportation from the nearest train stations (Arles or Avignon).

Your instructors

Theresa & Charline met during their Hatha & Vinyasa training at the Gayatri School in Tenerife, Canary Islands. They hosted their first retreat in April 2023, and the format was well-received, leading them to offer more dates.

Both are certified Yoga Alliance RYT 200 instructors in Hatha & Vinyasa.


Charline started practicing yoga 8 years ago in Ubud, Bali. She was impressed by the positive effects of the practice: a calmer mind and a strengthened body. Yoga helped her to better understand herself and to love her body.

When she left her job in September 2021, she landed at the Gayatri yoga school. Among the students, one student sparkled and naturally opened her arms to her, that was Theresa!

Since then, she has been teaching weekly classes in the small community room of Mas Blanc des Alpilles.

“Yoga teaches me to do things with love, whether they are small or big. Yoga teaches me to treat my body like a sacred temple, my mind like my best friend, and my soul like a treasure. I am eternally grateful for this, and that’s why I want to share it with you.”

Charline is also your host with her partner Ronald at Mas Millésime. She is an apprentice permaculturist and takes care of over 350 olive trees surrounding the farmhouse. In winter, she teaches skiing in Megève and Chamonix.


Passionate about the ocean since forever, she loves traveling the world to follow the sun, discover new cultures, and simply to “be” elsewhere.

Theresa teaches classes in German, English, and Spanish or a mix of all three languages worldwide: Germany, Spain, France, Maldives, Portugal, and Sri Lanka. She always adapts her practice to the specific needs of her students, whether they are surfers, families, or elderly people. In addition to her yoga teaching, she is a content creator and consultant for projects in this field.
